Examples of Initiatives
Launched the Social Contribution Promotion Project to fulfill our role as a corporate citizen
As a company that delivers comfortable lifestyles to customers through mobility, the NTH Group believes that coexistence and co-prosperity with local communities are essential. Based on this belief, we have set "Living together with the community" as one of the most important values in our Corporate Philosophy, which was renewed in 2022. Furthermore, in August 2023, we launched the "Social Contribution Promotion Project" to fulfill our role as a corporate citizen based on these values.
This project consists of personnel in charge of corporate planning, human resources, regional liaison, and public relations, as well as those involved in dealer operations and members of group companies, to examine the most appropriate social contribution activities for our company group and to discuss ways to raise awareness of these activities within the company. The project has established the following five activity policies.
- Activity Policies of the Social Contribution Promotion Project
-
- (1) Activities that are unique to our Group
- (2) Activities that can be continued over a long period of time and lead to the future
- (3) Activities must be recognized and appreciated by the local community
- (4) Activities that employees want to voluntarily engage in
- (5) Activities should be easy to understand and implement
Since then, we have been discussing and implementing activities to be undertaken by the Group in light of these activity policies, aiming to be a corporate group that is loved by everyone in the local community.
